2. Product Catalog & Transparent Pricing

We make every effort to display accurate descriptions, specifications, imagery, and pricing across all our categories. Prices listed on the website are in Pakistani Rupees (PKR) and include all applicable taxes. In the event of a typographical pricing error, we reserve the right to contact you and rectify the order before dispatch.

3. Orders & Nationwide Delivery

Placing an order constitutes an offer to purchase. An order is confirmed once processed and verified by our customer team. All orders qualify for 100% Free Nationwide Delivery across Pakistan within 3 to 5 business days, subject to courier serviceability.

4. Payments & Cash on Delivery (COD)

We accept Cash on Delivery (COD), direct online bank transfers, credit/debit card payments, and mobile wallet options. When opting for Cash on Delivery, customers agree to pay the complete invoice amount to the courier agent upon doorstep parcel handover.

5. User Accounts & Conduct

When you create an account on AB Mall, you are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your credentials. You agree to provide accurate, up-to-date delivery information and refrain from submitting fraudulent orders or using automated systems to disrupt our store operations.
